JOB SUMMARY The overall objective and purpose of the Starbucks Manager are to direct all aspects of the Café / Starbucks outlet ensuring our guests receive a pleasurable experience.  The incumbent is responsible for the supervision of all aspects of the Café / Starbucks functions in accordance with Kessler Collection and Starbucks Corporate standards. They are to provide inspiring and strategic leadership while directing the activities of the Culinary Department in support of the mission, core values, standards, and goals established by the company.
